Healing calls from Prepare for Change

April 20, 2021

Vision of Project

To provide recurring calls offered to members of Prepare for Change which aim to provide a safe space for exchange. Calls are on a weekly basis. In these calls, discussion between the facilitators and participants as well as between participants is encouraged to create a free-flowing environment in which all contributions are valued.

The calls are meant to create a base upon which healing can take place. Raising awareness about topics which impact our lives be it physically, mentally, or spiritually. Providing healing protocols and methods from the facilitators as well as exchanging these between participants. Creating meditations and exercises utilized directly in the calls to bring direct healing and cohesiveness to the group of participants.

All calls are hosted online.

Zoom, video chat software.
